great idea, but harness for baby doll is small. Dolls with any weight to their head (ie cloth body, plastic head) fall right out of the velcro. My daughter loves it and thinks carrying her baby with her when she rides her bike is marvelous, but I spend a lot of time fixing it when it falls out. We are getting AG bitty baby for xmas and are really hoping the backpack with that is more user friendly for our 4 year old.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter, she is 1 and actually wears it with Baby Stella in it. She also loves to put things in the back pack. She looks so cute wearing it it’s ridiculous. I am so glad I got this.

Stella, her clothes and carrier are the perfect doll for an 18month old – my granddaughter is 2 now and still heads for Stella as soon as she comes for a visit. Stella is so soft and the carrier holds the doll as well as all the accesories. Great first doll.

This toy is very cute, but I don’t think it’s meant to be a carry all for every Baby Stella item. You could easily fit the changing set and some food–the kinds of things you’d put in a “real” diaper bag. My 16-month-old loves putting this backpack on alone. I think it reminds her of her big brother’s backpack for school. She looks at herself with the backpack on in the mirror. She loves her Baby Stella and I’m sure as she gets a little older she’ll use the backpack like a diaper bag.

I found this backpack for my toddler when her baby sister was born. She already had the baby Stella doll and this carrier was great because she can carry her baby with her like mommy carries her new sister. My only complaint are the straps for the doll are very tight and it is something a toddler is unable to do by themselves. My daughter is so cute when she wears this and it draws a lot of attention. She is very proud that she has her own baby and backpack!
